I have to admit. I keep on wanting to call this “Piddle in the Middle”, its not the name of the beer more good advise.
But anyway back to Piddle in the Middle…
Its a little boring… but in a good way… I think.
By that I mean its very much a typical, slightly hoppy ale. If you like Ale, you probably like this. It wont blow you away, but you probably wont hate it, and at a pound a bottle from Morrisons you cant go too badly wrong!

Imagine when you see someone tucking into some really sweet desert. Maybe something chocolatey, maybe something from the local sweet shop (if you have one). Either way. Imagine something really sweet.
Thats what the after taste of “Golden Hare” from Bath Ales hits you with. The beer itself is nice and refreshing, but the aftertaste kinda makes you wish you picked up something else.
Shame as I quite liked Gem and Barnstormer from the same Brewery.

Heard Rumours of a New Guinness Advert due to shown tonight, to celebrate the 250th birthday of Arthur Guinness.
I’ve checked the advert out and while its not the most impressive one ever its quite cool and is worth a watch. Makes me wonder what crazy offers Guinness might have on over the end of September.

We waited until the time it was meant to show up… it never came. Sadly this meant we missed the reliable ferry back to Topsham. What this did mean was we found out how long it took to walk to Starcross. Thanks!

A Malaysian court has reportedly ordered a review of the caning sentence given to a woman caught drinking beer.
The main judge at Pahang’s Islamic court put the caning on hold pending the review, saying the sentence was “too extreme”, the Star newspaper said.
If the sentence is enforced, Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno will be the first woman to be caned in the country.
Now I dont quite understand what is going on. Was she going to be caned because she was a women drinking beer, was it the act of a Muslim drinking beer, or was it because she was drinking beer in public?
Can anyone explain?
Digital Spy have published the titles from the new Series of Sarah jane Adventures. Looks the the Judoon are showing up in the first episode. Sadly theres no mention yet if its meant to be any better then the second series…
While I may be getting excited already – X Files 3!!!!! I know that the second movie wasn’t the most well recieved film of all time, but I enjoyed it!!!
