Summer Beer: Bombardier Burning Gold

May 28, 2009 under Uncategorized

Bombardier Burning Gold review Beer BlogAs popped into the local shop – looking for biscuits (the diets going well!), I saw this little golden beauty, and on a whim decided to check it out.

The label describes it as “Inspired by William Blake’s Jerusalem, this is a lively refreshing golden ale, alive with English passion”. Now I’m not sure how this is English Passion in a bottle, but there is a fantasic citrus aftertaste which makes this a refreshing and drinkable beer, suitable for ale and lager drinkers.

Sadly I’m drinking this in the evening, I would really recommend this for a Summer afternoons worth of outside drinking in a backgarden /  beach / park – anywhere with hot Sun!
